How do I order via WhatsApp?
Just message us on WhatsApp at +961 3 681 945. Send us a screenshot of the item you want, your size (EU 36–40/41), and your delivery address. We'll confirm availability and arrange cash on delivery. You can also browse the full store and tap "WhatsApp Order" on any product page.
What if my size doesn't fit? Can I exchange?
We offer size exchanges within 3 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. Simply message us on WhatsApp with your order details and we'll arrange the exchange. Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns — exchanges only. If you're unsure about sizing, message us before ordering and we'll help you pick the right fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery (COD), pay when your order arrives at your door. We can also arrange Whish payments; simply choose "Pay By Whish" on checkout, and we'll contact you with the amount to be sent and the number to send to. Simple and hassle-free.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days across Lebanon. We'll send you a confirmation message on WhatsApp once your order is on its way. Orders above $99 ship free.
Are your products authentic?
We offer a curated selection of designer-inspired pieces and premium everyday styles. Our products are handpicked for quality — we focus on materials, comfort, and craftsmanship so you get a premium look and feel at accessible prices. What you see in the photos is exactly what you'll receive.
How do I find my size?
Our shoes run in EU sizes 36 to 40, with some styles available up to 41. If you're between sizes, we recommend going up. Not sure? Send us your usual size on WhatsApp and we'll advise based on the specific style — some run narrow, some run wide. We'd rather help you get it right the first time.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or refunds. However, we do offer size exchanges within 3 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition. If you received a defective or incorrect item, message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we'll replace it immediately at no extra cost.
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll message you on WhatsApp with a delivery update. For any questions about your order status, just send us a message and we'll check for you immediately.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Yes — we're located in Kaslik, Lebanon. You're welcome to visit, try on styles in person, and shop directly. Message us on WhatsApp or check our Contact page for the exact location and hours.
